| Abstract: | In this article the author provides a brief account of several main notions of relative pronouns and relative pronominal clauses in English. Then she presents some following ways of translating English relative pronominal clauses into Vietnamese: 1/ by attributive clauses; 2/ by cognate predicates; 3/ by seperated simple sentences. She believes that the mentioned above ways of translating would be useful for Vietnamese students in learning English pronouns and in translating English relative pronominal clauses into Vietnamese. |
